After a year of post-expedition analysis and objective planning upon returning to Singapore from the 2009 dental/medical camp in Nubra Valley, Dr. Elliott once again mobilized a team of skilled and dedicated specialists to return in 2010 and aggressively address many of the vision related, gynecological and medical maladies that her team from the previous year discovered during the 2009 camp.

In preparation for the ambitious objective to perform as many cataract operations as possible,a portable optical microscope was purchased from an internationally renowned manufacturer of precision surgical equipment located in India. The Appasamy Optical Company headed by Mr. Jeyaraj, played a wonderfully supportive role in making it possible to purchase and take delivery of this invaluable surgical component prior to the team’s arrival from Singapore.

Dr. Elliott arrived in Leh on July 17, 2010. After an entire day of packing, sorting and loading three large cargo trucks with over 1,000 kg of portable dental and medical equipment, medications and surgical supplies, the entire team of 22 dentists, physicians, gynecologists, dermatologists and surgeons once again drove over the highest motorable road in the world to the remote region of Nubra Valley.

Because of the ambitious objectives of the 2010 expedition which included surgical procedures for the treatment of cataract patients, it was necessary to seek the invitation and authorization from the highest level political and medical leaders in Ladakh. Unconditional cooperation was extended and the team was able to utilize the surgical theaters, examination and treatment rooms as well as the trained medical staff of the small government hospital in the village of Disket.

As had been reveled and clearly understood from the two previous expeditions to Ladakh, dental problems were severe, wide spread and epidemic among the entire Ladakhi population. The dedicated team of 6 dentists treated over 700 patients during the week in Nubra Valley

One of the most deficient areas of medical care in the remote region of Ladakh is that of women’s health. In a ground breaking initiative, gynecologists Dr. Chua Yang and Dr. Quek Swee Chong initiated public teaching efforts and also examined and treated over 300 woman of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Thirty patients with pre-cancerous lesions were diagnosed and were surgically treated during the camp. On the final day of the treatments, the doctors were receiving young female patients who were coming to the hospital for routine examinations which was a ground breaking cultural development. Every effort will be supported to continue this trend of preventative examination andtreatment to help stem the epidemic tide of fatal cervical cancer rates amongst the women of Ladakh.

The team of three general physicians examined hundreds of patients with a wide range of illnesses and injuries. Very often patients came into the hospital from distant village locations with a multitude of complaints. They were offered treatments and free medications by Dr Siang-Yo Kung and his colleagues or referred to other members of the team for their more specialized treatments.

In some cases the patients required emergency surgery and arrangements were made for them to be flown to Chandigarh or Delhi for their more advanced and complicated conditions.

Dermatologist Dr. Wong Siew Nee examined and treated many patients who came to the hospital with severe skin afflictions. The harsh environmental conditions, lack of hygiene and congenital predispositions made this specialty one of the most actively sought out by the patients. Especially heartbreaking was this young boy who was completely covered in a growth of unknown origin. His excruciating physical and emotional discomfort touched everyone connected with his case. We will do everything possible to see that he receives follow up treatment and care.

Certainly the most ambitious aspect of the 2010 medical expedition was in the field of vision care. In previous years of mobilizing the dental/medical camps it was abundantly clear that even the most basic optical care was tragically lacking throughout the region. Local Ladakhi people urgently required not only corrective eyeglasses, but also surgical treatments for more severe conditions such as cataracts.

During the July 17>23, 2010 expedition another major effort was made to examine and treat hundreds of people who required simple eyeglass prescriptions and/or reading glasses. Over 700 pairs of reading glasses were distributed and 100 additional patients will be re-examined by a trained optometrist and provided with their new prescription eyeglasses free of charge.

The most ambitious effort of the entire expedition was the mobilization of a complete surgical team led by Dr. Pauline Cheong and Dr Ranjana Mathur to undertake the sight restoring procedure of cataract surgery. Because of the complete lack of an adequate surgical microscope at the hospital in Disket, a new one had to be purchased for the surgeon’s use. Special gratitude must be extended to Mr. Jeyaraj of the Appasamy Optical Company in India for his efforts to facilitate this purchase and assure that it was delivered to Ladakh in time to be utilized by the surgeons. It performed brilliantly despite the basic conditions of the Disket Hospital.

2010 Nubra Valley Volunteers and Donors

Dr. Chua Yang, a noted gynecologist and veteran of the 2009 team that came to Nubra Valley is mobilizing a team of woman’s health care specialists to return to Nubra Valley in 2010 to implement the first ever wide spread cervical cancer screening program.  This tragic disease is the number one cause of fatal illness among Ladakhi woman and Dr. Chua Yang is determined to implement a regular screening program to diagnose the illness in it’s early, treatable stages.

Ally Ellmers and Kate Arlidge are final year dental students from Dunedin, New Zealand.  They are setting out on an adventure to India in June>July that includes volunteering two weeks in Ladakh and helping with the Himalayan Dental Project. We look forward to their arrival and will be utilizing their dental skills and enthusiasm to examine and treat young children in another remote region of Ladakh.

Dr. Steve Rogers is a renown specialist in oral & maxillofacial surgery.  Dr Rogers lives in Bend, Oregon and has traveled extensively in the Himalayas of Nepal offering his sophisticated skills to the people of the Himalayas.  Dr. Rogers is planning to come to Ladakh in 2010 and treat some of the more complex cases we have encountered during our remote village examination expeditions.

The International School of Kuala Lumpur launched our Global Action Program in Nepal this October under the guidance of Bill Kite and friends.  Our Grade 9 students were given the opportunity to experience the beauty of Nepal and also see first hand that service initiatives are a rewarding and necessary component of being a socially responsible global citizen.

Our group of 20 students and 2 teacher chaperones were greeted by a joyous and respectful group of students.  The ISKL students were very honored with the greeting and the fact that the students had come in on their holiday to meet us and learn about dental health.   After a rousing morning aerobics session, and introduction to the dental health initiative, the fun started.

Despite the linguistic barriers, the modeling and energy of our students paired with the exuberance of the Shree Pokhara students made for a great first step towards  promoting dental health awareness in this under-served population.  There were smiles across the board as the youngsters learned a simple three step procedure for brushing along with the mechanics of getting toothpaste on to the brush and holding it properly.

The personal development was not only present in the primary students as each of the engaged ISKL students grew that day.  We were touched to have made a positive impact on the school community, and be part of the foundation for further efforts at the school.  The ISKL Global Action Program students are formulating a plan to provide funds to ensure future availability of dental health products for the Shree Pokhara View Point students until our return next year.

We look forward to next year, and years ahead for continued support of this dental health initiative.

Ladakh Is an extremely remote region of India situated on the

north side of the great Himalayan mountain range on the vast

Tibetan Plateau. Bordering Pakistan to the east and China to the

West. The largest town in Ladakh is Leh at an altitude of 3500m

(10500 ft ). The majority of Ladakhls are Tibetan Buddhists and

the rest are mostly Sunni and Shite Muslims.

Ladakh is renowned for its remote mountain beauty and culture. It

is sometimes called ‘Little Tibet’ as It has been strongly influenced

by Tibetan culture. In the past Ladakh gained importance from

It’s strategic location at the crossroads of Important trade routes,

but since the Chinese authorities closed the borders with Tibet

and Central Asia in the 1960s, international trade has dwindled

except for tourism. Since 1974 the Indian Government has

successfully encouraged tourism In Ladakh although the strong

Indian military presence shows that it still remains a disputed

territory, between India and Pakistan and India and China.

After centuries of isolation the Ladakhi people were suddenly

thrust into the ‘outside’ world when the Indian army established

military bases there to defend the country against their political

adversaries in Pakistan. The military presence brought many

advantages besides security like roads. airports, communication

and the now flourishing tourist trade. It also introduced refined

sugar Into the diet of Ladakh Inhabitants. and in a very short time

tooth decay was an epidemic.

The only way into Ladakh in winter is by a spectacular one-hour

night that lifts one out of the urban Intensity of New Delhi and over

a virtual sea of snow-capped Himalayan peaks, before landing at

the ancient city of Leh in tne Indus River Valley. In winter there

is only one flight a day in and out of Leh. In the summer months

(April to October) there are more flights and the passes are open

for vehicles – a two-day drive to either Srinigar or Manali.

Thanks to an American philanthropist, Bill Kite. who spends

his time living and working between Ladakh. Kathmandu and

Redcllffs (Christchurch),  a small dental clinic has been set up

in Lamdon School, Leh. This local school has over 1,400 students and

a staggering 100% prevalence of untreated tooth decay. Not a

dental clinic as such, but a portable dental unit,  hand instruments

and dental materials are stored at the school to be used by

visiting volunteer dental professionals.

In August 2008 I flew to Ladakh together with another dentist

Steve McKinstry, my dental assistant Heather Tayler and a

non-dental friend Vangi Well who learned very quickly all about

assisting during extractions.

It took us about two days to acclimatise properly to the altitude – I

learned not to run up the flight of stairs to my hotel room very early

on as it would make me rather light headed and dizzy. Heather.

unfortunately. had a pounding headache for several days.

We set up in the school hall. One of us working the portable

dental unit doing restorations while the other dentist worked

on extractions on one of the beds. Conditions were often

overwhelming with the sheer numbers of students in need of

urgent dental care, but we worked long, hard days to treat as

many patients as possible. Over 12 days we would have treated

almost 400 children between us.

Most of our patients were from the school, aged between 5-18

years. Teachers and families of the students were treated too. Most

of the extractions were first and second permanent molars.  After

only a few years in the oral cavity. they were worse than anything I

had seen in general practice in UK and NZ over the 22 years of my

professional career. And all these extractions were done with no

X-rays or surgical equipment!  I am proud to state that in two weeks

of extracting these teeth I only left one root in situ.

In addition. the Lamdon School nurse, Ms Yangchen Dolma

has received training over the last few months in basic dental

procedures and will follow-up with basic treatments full time

on campus as well as be able to assist with procedures and

translations with any visiting dental team.

We were very well looked after. Our accommodation and food

was paid for. we were invited into people’s homes. shared their

meals. taken to various Buddhist monasteries and even drove

up to the highest motorable road in the world – 5.359m (17.582

feet). just short of the full height of Kilimanjaro.

Certified dental professionals, dentists, dental therapists and

hygiensts, who volunteer to come to Ladakh and contribute

their skills toward (he goal of providing dental health care to the

hundreds of children of Lamdon School will gratefully be provided

all accommodations and meals, tours of the Indus river valley

accompanied by Buddhist scholars and treks around the area.

The truth is that even as the plane landed on the tarmac in Leh, I had no idea where we were. We had spent 8 hours on an overnight plane to Delhi, 6 hours lying on the Domestic Airport floor and 2 hours experiencing turbulence flying over the Great Himalayas. Our only worry as the plane hatch opened was: landing at an altitude of 3,000m above sea level, would 250mg of prophylatic  acetazolmide taken the night before save us from getting sick? Unfortunately, some of us would discover the answer was ‘no’ later on.  As I stumbled out of the plane, sleep-deprived and airsick, I realized the view was breath-taking.  Which literally meant I was gasping to take several breaths of the dry, propeller-exhaust filled, oxygen-deprived air. Contrary to my pre-conceived images of ‘Little Tibet’, I found myself standing in the middle of an old military airfield, surrounded by sparse lands of dirt and sand, jagged rocks, and slate-grey mountains. Amidst the dusty plains, I counted a total of two trees, one bush and a wandering goat in the distance.

‘I thought you said we were coming to work in a beautiful place…’ I mumbled under my breath as I trudged past Myra*. Thankfully she did not hear my moment of indiscretion (which I blame on the hypoxia at altitude).  We were received by Bill^, who wasted no time in loading us up on a bright yellow Ladakhi school bus, while the medical equipment were loaded swiftly into a truck.

Our first task on this mission: to rest and acclimatize. As I thought to myself, ‘how hard can that be?’, we had our first casualty within the hour. ‘Nausea, vomiting, giddiness, headaches are early signs of altitude sickness….’, read the Altitude for Dummies Handbook, ‘breathlessness from pulmonary edema and cerebral edema are severe complications.’ Before my own giddiness and nausea could set in, I found myself watching over my buddy as he received oxygen, and eventually intravenous dexamethasone. The rest of us nervously lined up for our pulse-oximetry, and comparing the team’s average of 80% to my 72% was not reassuring at all.  The good news was that my buddy was recovering rapidly after steroid therapy; the bad news was that we were to ascend to 6,500m above seas level in less than 12 hours time. I nervously popped another gritty pill of acetazolamide, and went to the roof of our guesthouse for air.

Halfway up the rickety ladder, I regret my decision. I discovered that before I adapted to my newfound level of oxygen tension, any activity other than walking on level ground would render me dyspneic. When I finally negotiated all 10 rungs between asthmatic wheezes, I found Bill already on the roof.  “The mountains and its people will enchant you, Marcus”, he said to me as we watched the sun descend wearily behind the mountain range in front of us, imparting an orange glow that diffused through the pinnacles and crests like a deliberate bushfire. The frosty tightness in my chest, woozy sensations in my head and tingling in my fingers and toes^# did not help to relieve my secret skepticism. “We are bound by Pakistan, Tibet and China within the Himalayan and Karakoram ranges.” Still, I had no idea where I was. I took in another drag of the bitter air and listened intently to the background of the place in which I was about to spend my next 7 days.

Apparently, we were in Ladakh, the highest plateau in India located in the Kashmiri state of India. Centuries of conflict and territorial dispute meant that these lands had Tibetan, Bhutanese, Indian and Pakistani influence. Dispute, that was as recent as 1999, where Pakistani and Indian troops clashed in ‘the highest battleground in the world’.  It explained the occasional camouflage pillbox and barbwire fence scattered over the mountainous landscape. In fact, Taliban forces had recently retreated to the range further north into Pakistan, pointed Bill to a bunch of rocks that did not seem distant enough. I suddenly wondered if the Taliban recognized the Geneva Convention, should they decide to turn up for a health screen. The desert-like terrain from being in the rain shadow of the Great Himalayas, long harsh winters at high-altitude and war-torn history makes Ladakh a very remote part of India, untouched by the industrial globalization that has consumed most parts of the world.

Dinner was a simple yet scrumptious meal comprising rice, dhal and yak cheese. It was the first time our 16-strong team sat down together– and the diversity in our experience, expertise and personalities were immediately evident to me.  Yet, camaraderie and unity were cemented before the end of the meal. Bouts of laughter amidst the ‘get-to-know-you’ chats indicated that no formal introductions were needed. We were dentists, nurses, doctors, surgeons, anesthetists – and everyone knew their role and place in the team. We filled our tummies, and popped more pills like junkies who enjoyed the ‘tingles’, and turned in. An early night’s rest and plenty of water were needed to prepare us for the next day.

The next morning at 0500H, a convoy of jeeps and trucks carried our team and medical supplies over Khardung La, the ‘highest motorable road in the world’ at 18,380 ft. It is a snaking, gravel road that was so narrow at most places – every time we met head to head with trucks coming in the opposite direction, someone had to slam the brakes and reverse to a wider section where both could pass. Looking over the cliffs and rocky edges of the paths, it did not help to see occasional burnt-up vehicle carcasses that were heaped up amongst the rocks. So anyway, there I was fighting my nausea from the rocky roads, brake slamming and altitude sickness; Myra had to share her comforting story on how she had watched a program called ‘World’s most perilous journeys’ and remembering how Khardung La was featured in it! I was beginning to wonder if I would make it alive to see any patients at all.

Nubra Valley was our destination. With Khardang La and the infrequent military flight into a nearby base as the only links to the outside world, Nubra has been dubbed as one of the ‘most remote places on earth’.  We arrived mid-afternoon, to set up camp at the Lamdon school. Lamdon School started as a small school with seven students, but has grown to be the gold standard school in the Himalayas with 1,400 students at the main campus in Leh and nine satellite campuses scattered throughout the region. Within the hour, we would set up our clinics and begin receiving patients. Bill and his team had already laid the groundwork, set up generators and designated areas for the clinics within the school compound. The efficiency of the medical team, and the willingness of the local volunteers to accommodate us, made the process easier than it might have been. We cleared the school hall to set up rows of dental chair and beds for the dental team and surgical areas; private rooms for the O&G consults, medical teams and an eye consult room; and the outhouse pharmacy and a sheltered waiting area. A ‘dry run’ was carried out, as we received our first few patients in the late evening, and it seemed that we were all set for the next 5 days.

The next morning, we would wake up at 0600, have a simple breakfast and walk to Lamdon School, from the lodge we were put up in. The view in the morning was always a surprise to me – it took me a while to get used to the fact that no matter where I turned, there was always a clear blue sky and majestic mountain range in the background. The air was cold but crisp. And the walk to the school was always met with friendly shouts of ‘Julley!’ from anyone we met.

‘Julley’ meant ‘hello’ or ‘goodbye’ or ‘thank you’, or represented any form of greeting you wished. An ‘all in one’ greeting of sorts if you like. It was always said with respect, honesty, and good will. I have never heard a more genuine word, spoken with more sincerity.

I stood from the entrance of my makeshift eye clinic, which overlooked the school, and took a long deep breath of the cool, brittle air. I watched as queues at the triage station extended into long files of people. It was time to get to work. Over the next few days, the dental team found a staggeringly high incidence of tooth decay.  We learnt that the culprit was the recent introduction of refined sugar into their diets, which was brought to Ladakh by the Indian army sent there forty years ago to fortify the international borders with China and Pakistan. Other than cleaning, scaling, pulling decayed teeth and doing simple dental X-rays, our dental team also distributed toothbrushes and toothpaste to all the patients, teaching dental and oral hygiene. More importantly, a local dental nurse was taught basic dental cleaning and scaling techniques to continue with the work through the year, until the next volunteer dental team arrived next.

I also quickly discovered, from the overwhelming crowds outside my clinic door everyday, a vast majority of patients had also come to the medical camp for an eye consult. The harsh, dry conditions and strong ultraviolet rays from the sun at high altitude meant higher and premature incidence of pinginculae, pterygia, and cataracts. The lack of an optician within miles of Nubra, meant that prescribing appropriate reading glasses to the elderly ladies suddenly enabled them to sew or weed again; and that men could mend their nets or Lamas could now read their scriptures. After screening 300 children from Lamdon School and nearby government schools, we found 80 children who would be sent over the pass to Leh to have spectacles made for them – so that they could read the writing on the class blackboard again. Most of these children have never left Nubra, let alone know what myopia means. We also carefully selected 50 elderly patients who would benefit from cataract surgery, which will be carried out by the volunteer surgeons from other parts of India towards the end of the year.

Meanwhile, our team gynecologist found that the women of Ladakh suffer a very high rate of cervical cancer, which is primarily due to a total lack of even the most basic gynecological screening and education. Cultural and religious factors did not allow our team to examine and screen as many women as we liked; however we learnt of villages where infant mortality rates were high due to lack of contraception, multiple births and poor delivery conditions. With that knowledge, we would plan to bring a team to reach out to those people at the next available opportunity; and set up a basic cervical screening program for the women in Ladakh.

The medical doctors, assisted by a local volunteer Dr Nordeen, saw every other patient that walked through the door. From tick and mite bites, to diagnosing hypertension and diabetes mellitus, to rare conditions like neurofibromatosis. The meantime, our makeshift pharmacy was over-run every single day with hundreds of orders from every clinic, which they had to cope by managing the limited supply of medications. I was amazed at the snaking long lines of patients that waited patiently outside the pharmacy, every day.

The next five days went by faster than I could imagine, during which we triaged, examined, treated and managed a total of 1,600 local children and people from Nubra. Some families had walked for days to come to seek medical attention. Most of the patients needed primary dental or health care, which was not even available to them as a basic human right. Over these five days, I had unexpectedly grown fond of the mountains and morning walks; and the star-filled night skies that we gazed at in the nights.

I was touched by the sincerity and gratitude of the people, everywhere we went.  I was amazed by the strength in Ladakhis, some of whom carried their young and walked their old from villages afar, to seek our help. I felt the passion in our translators, who worked tirelessly to explain our diagnoses, simplify our advice and convey our empathy. I met inspirational men such as Dr Nordeen, a local doctor who had returned to his homeland to serve, after his medical education outside of the valley; or Morup Namgyal who started Lamdon School on meager funds he raised through musical performances and drama shows – and became the first teacher with only seven students. And of course, selfless individuals such as Bill and his team who worked behind the scenes, providing continual logistical support to the medical team, from food and potable water, to transport and electricity. Our medical team, who had travelled miles from a distant Singapore, made up a cog in the wheel of the whole process that made the mission a success.

As I stood on the departure platform looking out towards the barren but beautiful landscape of ice-capped peaks and sand dunes, I recalled the words of Bill when I had first arrived, and realized what he had meant.

2. Dr. Marcus Ang, an eye specialist on the 2009 team, uncovered another major health crisis in the area of general eye and vision care. Cataracts, congenital eye disorders and damage caused by exposure to the intense UV sunlight at altitude has created a major problem in this area. We are taking steps to provide the surgical treatments for those that require the most extreme care, but also a program of wide spread distribution of protective sunglasses, hygienic eye drops and prescriptions for corrective eyeglasses for those in need. The more financial assistance we can inspire from the international community, the more people we can help with these very cost effective treatments.

3. A major education and examination scheme is being developed to address the almost total lack of women health practitioners in Ladakh. High rates of preventable cervical cancers and other gynecological conditions can be addressed with relatively small financial expenditures. With public service information broadcasts on All India Radio in conjunction with trained gynecologists who come to Ladakh to treat the local woman as well as train the existing nurses and midwives in basic examination and diagnostic techniques, major progress can be made.

4. An area wide, mandatory oral health care education program has been initiated where the causes, preventions and treatments of tooth decay will continue to be taught to the students of Lamdon Schools located in 10 different locations in Ladakh. Teaching aids for this purpose have been donated by The Singapore Dental Association and dental supply companies in Singapore. Instruction posters are now displayed in all the student dormitories and wash rooms. To as large an extent as possible, we will continue to distribute toothbrushes and toothpaste to the school students free of charge. Our sincere thanks go out to Colgate India for their generous support for this beneficial program.

5. Dr. Vivienne Levy of Christchurch, New Zealand is returning to Ladakh with another team of dental professionals in October of 2009. She will be able to follow up on the work done by Dr. Elliott’s team in July. We are receiving several offers from dental teams from The United States, New Zealand as well as India and we encourage them to continue with their plans to travel to Ladakh and carry on the progress that has been made thus far.

6. The nurse at Lamdon School in Leh, Ms Yangchen Dolma, has received extensive specialized dental hygienist and technical training for the past two years from American dentist Dr. Jason Doten of Wisdomtooth.org. She is now able to provide ongoing cleaning and basic treatment throughout the year. We are currently attempting to secure a place for one of the students of Lamdon School to attend dental school in Singapore so that he or she can return and staff the school clinic full time and also provide professional dentalcare to other schools and the community at large.

We invite international dental, visual, gynecological and medical professionals to consider bringing their skills and humanitarian spirit to Ladakh and help us to provide treatment for the students of local schools as well as the community at large.

In reciprocal gratitude, our honored guests will be afforded the opportunity to embark on treks, tours of the Indus Valley and other memorable adventures as a mutually beneficial experience. There is a great deal to do, but the first steps have been taken. The hard part is over and we’re on the road to the huge opportunity to ease needless suffering through education and treatment. After a week of public announcements of the upcoming dental/medical clinic that were broadcast over All India Radio, there were hundreds of local people already lined up for a wide variety of ailments and treatment requests. Over the course of 5 very productive days, the team treated over 1,600 patients and distributed several thousand prescriptions, glasses and toothbrush kits free of charge.

I’ve know Bill for a number of years, initially as a business associate but this has developed into a great friendship over time.

I first knew of Bill’s vision to fix the kid’s teeth in Ladakh around 2006 when I had the pleasure of visiting Ladakh. The trip was a jolt of realty for me, reminding me of all the things we take for granted in our lavish, self – fulfilling lifestyles.

I was astounded at the momentum the Dental project gained last Himalayan summer and knew I had to be involved in this project in some capacity, technically a bit difficult, I’m a photographer not a dentist!

I’ve found my opening and hope it will be a useful contribution to the project. Together with Bill we have developed this website as a tool to help achieve  the common goal of dental health in the Himalayan mountains.

My role will be to keep an eye on the nuts and bolts of the site, provide support where required by site users and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

The site is run on WordPress which is a very powerful publishing platform.  Many people are familiar with WordPress but if you find you require assistance with setting up or posting your messages I have provided a support link in the website right panel. Shoot me an email and I’ll do my best to help you.
The site is almost running correctly, we have an email issue to sort out and the form on the contact page isn’t totally functional yet.
If you have trouble registering to set up an account, email me your username and password and I’ll set it up.
Posting images is easy and the upload function will size your images correctly for the post.

So here we go, I hope you will find this a useful forum to share experiences, ideas and aspirations and between us we can make life better for Himalayan children.
